Shipping & Returns


Shipping:

We ship all clothing items USPS Priority Mail to all US addresses including all APO addresses. Please keep in mind that although Priority mail within the US is estimated at 2-3 business days, that is simply an estimate and NO shipping time frame is guaranteed other than Express Mail. Shipping time frame to APO addresses will take a little longer, although shipped priority as well.

Insurance is available on packages at the cost of $3.00 at the request and payment of the purchaser. We will provide you with a tracking number for each shipment.

All orders are shipped to the address on file with Paypal. We are not liable for packages that are shipped to the wrong address if a different address needs to be used other than the address Paypal has on file for you. 


Returns on Made-to-Order Items:

Made-to-Order items are made specifically for you in a size requested by you. For this reason, Made-to-Order items are considered a final sale and cannot be returned for refund. Defective/flawed Made-to-Order item(s) will be exchanged if available. If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued. Please message us on Facebook or send us an email to sweetboutonsdesign@gmail.com for help. 

No exchange or refund on Made-to-Order Items!

Returns on Ready-to-Wear Items:

Due to the limited nature of our product, all sales are final. Of course, if your item is defective upon receipt, you may return it within 7 days of initial shipment for an exchange. If an exchange is not available, your order will be refunded. If your return is postmarked after our 7-day return period, the package will be mailed back to you.

Please note, our items are intended for personal use and we reserve the right to limit the number of allowable returns.
